'Beware of the stairs. They are nice well maintained stairs, but some people can't or will have a hard time managing them. Typical old farm house, steep narrow stairs. Owners were very nice.'

'I promised my kids I would give our stay at Susan's house as many stars as I could. They wanted to give it a hundred stars, but alas, 5 is the limit. We obviously had a great time. The littler people loved having so many things to play with, including air hockey, ping pong, the tetherball, and the other fun options available. The bigger people appreciated the clean and comfortable kitchen, the absolutely stunning view of the lake, and the proximity to Burlington while staying somewhere special...

'We loved staying here. Being able to do quick walks on the property with a senior dog and puppy was great. Each kid got their own room. Furniture in living room could have been better- only 1 couch - which doesn’t make it comfy for all 6 of us. That was the only issue. A little freaked about the parking but once there it was easy. Plenty of space to 3 point turn your car so you can pull straight out onto road.'

'Reviews and descriptions are spot on! A very cozy house with a babbling brooke running throught the back yard. An absolute perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars and the grocery store. A small ski Town vibe throughout. Jay peak was a short 15 min drive away.'

'The property & house was amazing, the perfect set up for a stress free weekend getaway. The kids aging 2-8 all loved being able to take a short walk to the farm down the road or the river! Would totally recommend and we can’t wait to make it our annual family trip!'

'Location is good close to ben en Jerry's factory and Stowe. Interior is old and smells stuffy and humid. Matresses are covered with plastic and are very uncomfortable. Owners live on the premisses and are helpful. '
