The rooftop patio with hot tub was delightful except I was not able to enjoy the hot tub my first night - the water was more warm than hot, and when I messaged the host, he explained the cleaning crew had changed out the water and it would take a few hours to heat up properly. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. Location was perfect- very short walk to New Belgium Brewery and bit over a mile to Old Town. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of on street parking plus had use of the 2 car garage. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Beautiful new property, centrally located near Fort Collins and Greeley. My daughter graduated from Greeley and this 4 bedroom 4 bath home was very affordable and everyone had their own space. We also enjoyed that the walk around the lake was in walking distance of the home.'
