'The house was comfortable and sufficient for the purpose of our trip (dog show) however, the smoke alarm at the highest point of the cathedral ceiling was chirping from about 10 PM on the night of arrival ALL NIGHT LONG. We actually contemplated leaving to go to a hotel to sleep that night because it was so obnoxious and disrupting. It took leaving two messages on the local teams voicemail the next morning AND a call to the customer service 800 number to get resolution. The gentleman that came...

Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering.
