'It was a very pleasant stay. The room is decent size for Japanese standards. Some suggestions to improve the environmental friendliness. Toilets that only have one flush amount (not dual), availability of all small package items like razors and such (on demand instead of in room), refrigerator could be turned off.'

'Great service, hospitality, cleanliness, spacious room, excellent breakfast. They sell Tokyo subway daytrip cards, handy to borrow, one bottle of water per guest per day. Be sure to take the A-exit of the Akadake-Mitsuke station. To my opinion a 4-star hotel, thank you for your service.'

'My family and I enjoyed our stay here. All staff are very professional and polite. They clean the room every day with new towels, new slippers and new pajamas. Free drinks, teas, bottled water and coffees everyday. A minute walk from subway metro station. 2 minutes walk from 7-11 and family mart. Convenience, accessible and excellent location. I would definitely stay here again if I comeback to visit Tokyo..'
