'The little cottage was a perfect spot for our needs. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a very lovely park across the street. The garden around the house was beautiful, we enjoyed having space for our small dog. The only thing is that there is a deep step up to the bathroom someone with bad knees may have trouble stepping up. Also the toilet is in need of repair. 'This is the second time I have stayed here and I was just as happy. Ease of check-in and check-out. Communication with owner is easy. Easy access to anything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was Kleenex and the spout on the kitchen soap dispenser kept falling off. Otherwise perfectly happy. Thank you!'

'Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. 'We continue to come back to this beautiful place with a view of the lake. It is located very near family we are visiting and we are so happy to have discovered it. The view is spectacular. But the space inside is also so lovely. Wendy and Richard have thought of everything you could need. They are wonderful hosts. 'I was in Sacramento for a business conference and wanted something close to the downtown area. The location was great and the place was perfect. The on-street parking was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in town.'

'It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.'

The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.'
