'Great apartment — clean, roomy and well-appointed. King sized bed was comfortable. Perfect location — within walking distance to Market Square, several excellent restaurants, bars and multiple breweries. Host was very responsive, and provided great restaurant recommendations. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend, and would love to stay here again during our next trip to Knoxville!'

'Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

'Being right next to beautiful Norris Lake was a treat to wake up to. There are steps down to the dock and both floors have a balcony/patio. The kitchen is well equipped and the main bed is comfortable. We only slept in the one bed.'

'My daughter and I came to Knoxville for UT Admit Day and this property completely fit everything we needed! The beds are so comfortable, everything was so clean and inviting. It is close to the downtown Market Square area but tucked away right off campus in a quiet neighborhood. My daughter asked to book again for her orientation this summer and when we move her into her dorm. We will definitely be choosing this property again!!!!!'

'The property was as advertised. Two bedrooms with queen beds and three one bathroom. The overall price not was very clean. There was some me maintenance issue with the ceiling fan controls in one of the bedrooms that restricted the use of the ceiling fan to n that room. The parking was so inconvenient n Saturated evening due to nonresidents using the lot. Our overall stay was nice and would recommend this unit for anyone that is looked by to stay near downtown Knoxville.'

'Zip and dip was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again,. However there were some issues, the biggest was that half the cabin did not have hot water. Secondly the pool had a lot of chlorine and irritated the kids faces.'
