'The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!'

'Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

'Aaron was amazing and the property itself was immaculate. They thought of everything when it came to what they had available to guests. Toothbrush kits, pillow spray, laundry detergent, ice cream and water in the fridge. Aaron was very responsive to our many questions and ever so kind. If you’re in Knoxville, this is without a doubt where I would stay.'

'The host was excellent with communication. The condo was clean and very well appointed. We were able to bring out two small dogs and the ground floor condo was perfect for us. The condo is very close UT and downtown, it was a perfect location! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay and the bathrooms were perfect as well. We had an emergency with one of our pets and the owners worked very well with us regarding a late check out. We couldn’t have asked for more...

'Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am....

'Being right next to beautiful Norris Lake was a treat to wake up to. There are steps down to the dock and both floors have a balcony/patio. The kitchen is well equipped and the main bed is comfortable. We only slept in the one bed.'

'Nice location, not as busy as northern part of lake. condo was clean and well furnished. Only thing that was a nuisance was the master bedroom smoke alarm battery started to beep at 8 pm so had to run down to the dock and buy a 9 Volt Battery and replace the smoke alarm battery ... all good after that.'

'If you are looking for a cool place in downtown Knoxville, this is a good option. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Really a cool condo with an excellent renovation. Two small items. First, the parking space is small and if you have a big car (like we do) be sure to coordinate it beforehand to avoid issues. Secondly, there are miles of closets in this apartment, but only a few old wire hangers. Time to add some.'

'We had a great stay here while attending a concert on UT campus. The property was very clean, exactly as described and a pleasant stay for all of us. Despite it's close proximity to the interstate it was surprisingly quiet while inside. Really appreciate the fact there are no requirements at checkout. Would definitely stay here again.'

'My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend.'

'Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and immaculately kept with all the utensils and towels you could need. Only complaints are the oven didn’t seem to regulate the temperature like it should. The upstairs also got exceptionally hot while downstairs was cold. The interior of the home feels very dark at night and could benefit from brighter lighting. The exterior was also lacking lights by the hot tub area, which could present a safety concern . All of that said, we would stay here again...

'Property was exactly how listing described. The separate bunk house was a hit with the kids. House came stocked with lots of blankets, kitchen items and games. Really, the only issue we had was the lack of cell phone service or Wi-Fi. Everything else was amazing and well suited for guests.'
