'This property is an apartment complex with some rooms that are offered as hotel rooms. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, although I did not have any issues. I was on the first floor and both my patio door and bedroom window were unlocked when I checked in, which was a bit unnerving. The check in instructions are detailed and had pictures but were also a bit lengthy. The room was clean. '
