'Very clean, almost new constructuion. Covered porch with lighting made for great gathering and grilling. All rooms have there own circuit to plug boats in outside of the room. So no overloading while charging. Where able to get 3 boats and there trucks backed in. A little tight but doable. We will be staying there in future. Host was very responsive to questions. Very Nice place.'
