'Sofa bed was broken. Asked THREE times for it to be fixed. Black out roller shade broken. We stayed four nights and I had to beg for housekeeping. Even then, all they did was change the towels and garbage. No cleaning at all during our stay. A new hotel that’s going in the direction of all the other hotels in PA, run down. It’s quiet and has potential, if only they’d keep up with it and have better service. A customer shouldn’t have to ask multiple times for rooms to be cleaned. '

'Fantastic value. Very large, comfortable room with living area (couch, chairs) plus a king size bed. The plumbing was a little loud. But the property was clean, inviting and staff friendly during check in. During check out (just handing in the keys) they must have been busy with other tasks because it wasn't so friendly. Still a good night's stay. I The tub was a little slippery and there was no grab bar if you were standing. got the best sleep of the trip so far here.'
