The location was convenient to all of our events downtown and in nearby areas.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. When we had a couple of small questions during our stay, Matt was quick to respond and incredibly helpful.This is a wonderful place to stay in Richmond, and we would absolutely book again.'

'Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. '

'The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again '
