'The cabin was great! It was a little further from Acadia than we thought, but worked out fine for our short stay. We knew trash removal was our responsibility but struggled to find somewhere to take it. A local told us about stickers and that trash day was Thursday. Great getaway for a rustic experience. Basic and met our needs. We would come back again.'

No one was there so it was just fine, not sure if someone was staying there how it would be. Ability to access kayaks whenever we wanted was a nice touch.'

There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The welcome book had plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and hiking close by. 'The rental is right on the water. We enjoyed the sunrises across the water and the evening fires on the deck overlooking the water. The rental was clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. We had a great say despite losing power due to a storm.'
