'I do not regret booking my stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, the staff was amazing, very polite and caring , they really know how to take care of their guests. Breakfast was so delicious and they had so many options! Their private beach access was perfect! As well and the bar outside, especially the staff member out there named Darwin, he was a very kind and respectful man.This place is definitely a 10/10 recommendation!'

'The all fun inclusive is a must for those that want to enjoy without worries of transportation, food or park costs. Huge, clean, and beautiful property.
I loved that the room came with daily complimentary water, drinks ( sodas, juice, beer), snacks and free room service.
Staff was so friendly, patient and genuine.
Already planning our next Xcaret stay. '
'Un lugar muy lindo para descansar con una vista muy linda al mar y bellas instalaciones. Al llegar el front desk fue muy amable su nombre es Faustino y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. El único pero es el otro encargado de la recepción de nombre Aarón tenía cierta actitud y cero servicial.
Fuera de esto todo el staff es muy amable y el lugar súper lindo '

'Prima hotel met een ijskastje op de kamer. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en bezorgd 's morgens het ontbijt (koffie, jus en zoete broodjes met jam en boter) op de kamer. Je kunt je waterflessen bijvullen en eventueel borden en bestek lenen.'

Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante.
La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente.
Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

'We absolutely loved our stay here! The food was, without a doubt, one of our fave parts, always fresh, flavorful, and delicious at every meal. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless every single day. The snorkeling area was phenomenal and perfect for traveling with kids. "Everything was very neat, the staff were friendly, there were plenty of dining options, and the coffee was delicious! The only downside was that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. The hotel was close to the city center, so everything was within walking distance. Definitely recommend!"
