'Wonderful cottage just off the main strip of Atlantic Highlands (walking distance to many fine restaurants and the ferry to NYC). Check in and check out were a breeze and the owner was so easy to work with. Property had all the necessary amenities, was clean, and well cared for. Loved my stay.'

'Daniel runs a great property in spring lake, 5 minute walk from the train, cozy with the essentials (beach chairs and badges) provided for. 'We stayed at this property over Easter weekend 2024. The rental was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach which had a well maintained boardwalk which made for easy walking. Short drive to numerous restaurants in Belmar and Asbury Park. Very nice and spacious private bathrooms with walk in showers adjacent to each of the 3 bedrooms. Nicely handicap accessible. 'We had the most wonderful week at the Sandy Hook Beach Cottages. The cottage itself was clean and charming. Opening the door and walking down to the private beach was magical. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Dennis was available for any questions and incredibly welcoming. 'We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. It is a small cottage - one bedroom, combined living room/kitchen area and one bathroom but it had all the essentials for a quick girls weekend. A little cramped with two adults and two kids, but it was expected and met our expectations. Everything was clean, location to the beach was great and the two complimentary beach tags were a nice touch. Owner was responsive and helpful.'

Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise'
