'Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!'

'It’s a phenomenal hotel. Luxurious, service is second to none. Possibly the best hotel in all of Paris and all of France. It’s close to La Arc de Triumph and easy to get to anywhere in the city. The dining room was tastefully decorated in elegance and opulence. Very comparable to the nicest Four Seasons if not better. '

'We love the ambiance, the fact that the general facility and specific room/bathroom was in excellent condition. We love the location. The staff is well trained, professional but cordial and always helpful. {they went successfully above and beyond to find an expensive scarf of mine and were prompt in fixing a small problem.} The fitness center could be a little better thought out and equipped.'
