'Clean and easy check in process!'

'The first thing we said when we opened the door is “wow”. It’s so big and spacious. Full kitchen plus a washing machine and dryer. 2 full bathrooms!! And the location was perfect. Central to everything from shops to snowboarding. The timeshare owner was amazing and such great communication.'

'I was here for a group trip, but did not want to stay at one of the casinos because of the cigarette smoke, and this was a great alternative. It was very convenient, walking distance to group activities, and also walking distance to the shuttle stops and lift for Heavenly slopes. I ended up extending my stay for a day because I wasn't ready to leave. The food onsite was good and good portion sizes. Also, having lived in South Florida, I greatly appreciated the decor and thought it was very well...

'Unit was fine. Very drafty. Salt all over areas that were covered so would end up in unit and all over gear. Biggest issues was hot tubs were not maintained. Called 3 x. Nothing done. Murky nasty water bound to get people sick. I have pictures.'

'Beautiful Lakefront Escape for a Large Family Gathering. My family of 9 adults and 1 toddler stayed at House of the Stars over the holidays to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check-in so we could settle in before the celebrations began. The home was immaculately kept and had everything we needed to feel comfortable as a large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots, pans and appliances necessary to cook multiple meals...
