'The property was as described and exactly what we needed. Downtown was a block away. Several restaurants and shops. We are originally from the area and selected this location because it was near downtown and central to places in Augusta and Gardiner that we wanted to visit. The house is a wonderfully updated old home.'

'This was a perfect location close to campus and very near grocery store. We were here to visit with other parents and our student athletes for a few home games and senior day celebration. The apartment was perfect, well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend.'

'Our second year here and we enjoyed our stay at the Cottrell House apartment. One concern I had was the large mirror across from the kitchen which was leaning against the wall and not attached. 'Myself and 4 friends booked this home on the water for an annual super bowl ice fishing trip. The house was just as described, spacious and comfortable. The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes.
