'De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! Op alle etages stond drinkwater om gratis te pakken. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het grote dakterras om de zon onder te zien gaan. Iedereen was heel behulpzaam en het eten bij restaurant Loco was ook heerlijk. Aanrader, huur fietsen en fiets een stuk richting de ruïne, daar...

'Superbe hôtel, propre et au goût du jour (comme sur les photos). Le personnel super sympathique et il offre des déjeunés (non inclus) le matin. Par contre loin de tout, nous avons l'option de louer un vélo mais les routes sont en mauvais état dans ce secteur donc c'était plus ou moins pratique. Mais sinon pour le prix ça en vaut la peine! '

'Noelli, the front desk assistant was incredibly helpful and wonderful. All of the staff were great! Pros: location, location, location! Super awesome setting. Staff were all amazing. Cons: molt on tents (everything here has molt, it's inevitable with the environment). The first night it was difficult to sleep. The lack in being able to take a shower when we wanted - no hot water. We had to wait on the water tanks to refill. That was inconvenient but overall not a big deal. Overall, great...

'Omg! Where do I start? This was the beeeeeeest resort ever. Everyone was nice, especially Dianara (i can't spell her name correctly) She was very accommodating helped us book cabs, order takeout, reserve ATV's and she had them delivered to us. Whatever we needed, she got it done. I never want to go anywhere else now. The resort was breathtaking and the SPA was top tier. I'll be back before the summer is over. '

"Ondanks dat wij een aantal negatieve recensies hadden gelezen over de lokatie en de omgeving waren wij blij verrast Ontbijt was goed en afwisselend , de kamer was top en de weg er naar toe is goed tot de laatste 100 meter Je zit in een sterk lokale omgeving die voor ons niet onveilig voelde Al met al hebben wij 7 dagen met veel plezier van deze lokatie de omgeving en Tulúm als plaats genoten En als je iedere dag een kleine tip achterlaat voor de kamermeisjes krijg je als je wilt iedere dag schone handdoeken"
