'This is a great place. It is a plush property in a small town. Great staff, well run. The hottub was a plus. Would definitely come back to this gem. If you are thinking of staying in Manitou Springs and want something less touristy and more "colorado" I would check out the Little Beaver or Outlook Lodge. They are great!'

'The space was very clean. It had a full functioning kitchen. The converted garage aesthetic was really cool. We were no more than 20 minutes from all the spots we wanted to see. When we were back at the VRBO, we enjoyed the hot tub (really easy to use).'

'Great location to see the Colorado Springs are - 15 minutes fromGarden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, downtown Colorado Springs and minutes from Old Colorado City. Marianne is delightful and great to work with. Apartment is whimsical but has great space. Family of four fit well. View off decks was lovely. Hot tub was clean and had a great view. If you like modern and new this is not for you. If you like artsy and whimsical then his place is great.'
