'The house was clean, well maintained and comfortable for my family who was here for my son's graduation- I didn't have enough room for them all to stay at my home. And the property is close to my home so it was ideal. My only issue is that the fees doubled the cost of the rental.'

'This property is perfectly located. Minutes away from route 8, but tucked away in a private area for large groups. My group of 17 had a fantastic experience. The house is very spacious & comes with all the amenities you need for a group, no matter the weather. 'Loved the property. Owner was really easy to deal with. Great location only caution is the steps are very steep and the unit is on the second floor, but two of the bedrooms in the bathroom or on the third floor and those can be tricky for kids. A gate at the top of those steps would probably be advised, otherwise we had a great time'

'We were in town for a wedding and had the great luck of staying at this property. Getting there was a little confusing, because it is well off the main road, but after we got situated, it was wonderful. Our hosts were very accommodating, allowing us an early check in so the bride and the bridal party could get ready and the photographers could start taking pictures. It was also quite nice to have all of our barnyard friends out in the front. We even made friends with a very friendly little cat.'

'This property is in central Monroeville convenient to rte 376. Plenty of shopping and all types of food around. Giant Eagle and Target is real handy and you could walk there if needed. Will definitely try and book again. Great communication with the property management!'

'The property was not close to what was advertised. The outside was not clean/trash, pool area patched, hot tub not working, front door not working, side door steps at an angle and dangerous to walk on. Raised bar on floor going into main bathroom, a falling hazard. No top sheets. Not enough towels. One of the toilets did not flush. House located between a electric company and a water company. Not a good area. Very sad. Only stayed one of three nights. The owner was very nice and helpful but the...

'Property was clean and suitable for our needs. Good for my group of family traveling for a birthday party for the weekend. Lots of stairs up to the house. Good deal for the price and it gave everyone some space. Would stay again if taking the family.'

'Property is very private and backs to rolling hill and flowing creek which is beautiful and relaxing to enjoy on rear deck. Plenty of space and parking. Shopping is a short drive away for groceries or other necessities. We enjoyed our stay and the memories that our family created.'
