It is a very modern apartment and was extremely quiet. When we had a question, or two he was extremely responsive. Perfect location.'

'Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Olivier, gute Lage, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Paris. Das Viertel Oberkampf ist sehr jugendlich, aber man fühlt sich auch mit 60+ ausgesprochen wohl. Sehr gute Bäckereien. Bus und Metro fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Merci beaucoup!'

'Fabrice place was very well located, close to everything you will need to stay in Paris. Communication with Fabrice was easy and he responded fast when we needed him. Fabrice provided us with a lot of supplies and the house has a lot of utensils. We were very comfortable in Fabrice house.'

'we visited Paris for 3 days, 2 nights. At arrival we contacted the owner and he immediately responded and a friend of him was there within 5 min to open the door. Good explanation about the house rules in English and during our stay we could ask all questions to the owner if needed. The bed was perfect and clean; bathroom could use a bit more cleaning in the corners :-). Shower was very strong and nicely warm. During the night it was very silent and with the shutters down dark as well, so...

'We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much.'

'To the point....the place was EXACTLY to my taste (loft-style, rustic, perhaps a sort of modern day perception of "old world" charm). I mainly booked through Olivier, but also was fortunate to meet Nadia, as well. Both were exceedingly easy to communicate with, and were most attentive to our needs. It was among the hotter days of August, but opening up those breathtaking windows at night, using the fans, and closing up in the morning helped to keep the apartment more than comfortable.
