'Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby.'

'My teen daughters and I stayed here for spring break. The place is very cute and extremely clean - which is one of my main priorities. It’s in a gated property of condos and felt very safe and was nice & quiet. The property owner was very responsive and had her (young adult) daughter come over and change a battery in our smoke alarm. She was both friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for a small group.'

'Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The check in was easy. The only issue we had was finding the correct building we were supposed to be in. But once we figured that out, everything was great. We also didn’t find any bedding for the couch but other than that, our stay was perfect. The property is great and in a convenient location.'

'Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Located 1 block from the train station providing convenient access to the entire city, including DFW airport and the convention center. Due to a late flight, I was apprehensive about checking in by phone after midnight, but Mary was reassuring with her communication leading up to my trip and fast to get me checked in and into the apartment upon my arrival. A wonderful, affordable stay in downtown Dallas. As a bonus, there is a US Post Office and a UPS store within about...

'Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!'

'The property is in a great location, just South of Highland Park and near Uptown. The layout and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and worked well. My only complaint is that the person in the condo above walked around most of the night and woke us up repeatedly. Apparently, the floor is not very well insulated. On the positive note, Sara was very responsive, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very nice. We'd stay there again!'

'Such a nice eclectic hotel. Loved it. I’d stay again, except I’d ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel away from the Fivee Bistro across the drive. Music was too loud, played until after midnight and the customers/vehicles were loud. The hotel itself was unexpected and awesome. Clean, spacious room, good view from the room of Dallas, and great rooftop view.'
