'one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.'

'The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity.'

'We were a small group of baseball parents spending the week watching our kids play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. It was conveniently close to the CASV grounds making it easy to go back and forth between games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and readily available (not that we had any issues or needs). I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially for baseball parents.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Cottage! Francine and Vince are welcoming and kind - the best hosts! The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. And the lake was beautiful! We fished, kayaked and relaxed lakeside between our son's baseball games. I just wish we had more time to stay! Thank you, Francine and Vince for providing such a lovely place to stay!'

'We loved being able to walk to all the things we wanted to do in downtown Andes! This room is difficult to navigate due to the “attic”ceilings but it is unique as can be with many fun nooks and crannies. It was hard for my 6ft 2 husband. Hosts are fantastic and other rooms in the house would be perfect.'

'This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!'

'Overall a great place to stay, just didn't love having to do a rental agreement for the property and having to do an extremely large deposit for the stay is a big deterrent to coming back here. But the sleep loft and kitchen were awesome, very cute.'
