'This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby.'

'My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the property. It rained most of the time, but we made the best of it. It was all over too fast. It's a nice, relaxing property.'

'It was a beautiful setting with water fall. The home itself needs a little work. It is well used and needs some TLC. Photos look much better then actual home.'

'Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. '

'With extended family in this area, we have stayed in several local rentals while visiting relatives and this one is near the top. The home is newly renovated and clean, the property is beautiful, and the area is very peaceful. This is a great find and I would highly recommend.'

'OUTSTANDING location! The views are incredible! Great outdoor area for a bonfire and family time! Hot tub! Grill! Not to mention the rooms are perfection with attention to detail. There is even a family room with a baby bed and play pen which was perfect for my daughter and her little family. 'This place is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. When you walk through the front door, you are immediately greeted with an amazing view of the Hudson River. The sunrise over the river is beautiful. We easily went back and forth over the bridge to Sleepy Hollow and there are great restaurants right near the house. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Everything was perfect, plenty of room for family and everything we needed to be comfortable. The road in front of the house is super busy though and loud. If you want to be near West Point or Bear Mountain this is ideal property manager and maintenance staff are excellent and responded very quickly to our questions.'

'The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. '
