'We had a great stay! The location was great a 3 minute walk to Optimist Hall & a 20 minute walk to uptown! However, it would be hard to sleep 4 in the space due to the futon being more of a twin size rather than a full size.'

'Very nice place. Walked to BoA Stadium which is 1.5 miles away because during events Uber is crazy expensive. Had a great time and a great stay! Thank You.'

'We were in town for an Irish dance competition and Ms. Charlotte was a perfect host. She was great with communication, had everything ready for us and she wished our daughter luck in her dances. She offered to let us check out a little later on Sunday which was really helpful since our daughter's dances wouldn't be over until about noon. We had enough time to finish up, get back to the house, clean up and pack the car without rushing. Thanks! :)'

'Being able to see the track from the first turn condo was very unique! We've been to races and sat in the stands, we have been on the infield for races, so it was cool to see it all from the condo! '

'The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great...

'This space provides everything! Convenient location with anything you need to get set up right there. The unit is really nice, and the amenities are exceptional! I was there with family during a difficult time and was able to re-group and rest ….get my workouts in and relax. Will definitely use this again - recommend!!'
