The price was comparable to the hotel suite we would have needed and far better. The kitchen was adequate for small meals. The hosts had good communication. 'We had a wonderful graduation celebration at this beautiful gem on the river. Only thing that would’ve been better -if the weather cooperated with an opportunity to have a firepit experience. Perfect place to be inside and listen to music, play games and have long and deep conversation. Definitely a favorite!'

'We stayed at the Beatles house for the Dan+Shay concert at the X.I booked the weekend incorrectly and the host was fantastic to switch it for us. The house was super cute, very clean and had some basic necessities already there for us to use. We had no issues getting Uber's to the event and back. One huge plus for us -- the house had several fans for us to use, we all like a little white noise. We hope to book again!!'

'We stayed here New Year's Eve - great location, just a short drive to the Vikings/Packer game. Better than 3 hotel rooms, we were able to have dinner together, and the guys made breakfast in the morning. Only suggestions would be not enough towels for 6 of us, and a microwave would be an asset in the kitchen.'

'Great bottom duplex with all the amenities of home! Perfect for our family of three as a home base while enjoying all the attractions St Paul. Off street parking space was a huge bonus during a late season snowstorm. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for a low key, relaxing stay. 'Overall we had a wonderful stay! The home has some of the old 1900 charm, but updated very nicely. We had all of the amenities we needed. We didn’t realize that the home was a duplex- and we were so fortunate that there were no guests in the adjoining part of the home, as there is a makeshift door with gaps between the two halves. Maybe the owners only rent half at a time. ? Ground level has the kitchen, living room, bathroom. Upstairs three bedrooms nicely furnished with comfortable beds.'

'Unless your trip was to see a twin’s baseball game, the hotel is out of the way for virtually everything. Also, being across the street from a light rail terminal brings some questionable characters around. '

'Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. '
