We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home.'

Check in process was problematic and stressful given the access codes given did not work and two 6 year old children needing to use the facilities after a long trip. Eventually sorted, (first code didn’t work, second code likely worked but was miscommunicated) but took about an hour to get into the room which ruined our plans for the evening. Despite this the online reps were doing their best to provide assistance.'
