'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'The room had a porch with a beautiful view. The Hotel is within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, the Honolulu Zoo and so much more. There are many shuttles and buses that stop there to take tours of places like Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head Park. The room was always cleaned and refreshed every day. The lobby was full of restaurants and stores and even a Surfing store! The bathroom was huge and had very efficient shower and toilet. The room had air-conditioning, which is needed in Hawaii! '
