'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing!
But here are con's:
- place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples.
- I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range
Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price.
By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Monday Aparthotel Kyoto is a top recommendation. You are one 6 minute bus ride away from Kyoto station and a 15 minute walk if you would rather walk. There are plenty of bus stops nearby with one of them being right out the door. A Family mart at the corner and approximately a 20 minute walk from the busy shopping street near the Kyoto tower. There is a Don Quijote nearby as well as other great places. Not to mention the hotel itself is a great place to stay if you are traveling with a family....

'Everyone was super kind and friendly. The check in was so easy. From arrival to being in the room was maybe, 7 minutes total. They have a free washer/ dryer for your clothes and free coffee/tea in the lobby. The employees were all so nice and helpful. I really recommend this hotel. Having a terrace to sit outside on and relax after a long day of walking was also pretty sweet.'

'Staff in reception very unprofessional. We checked in with assistance of virtual staff and received our code for our stay of 3 nights. Staff said everything was ok and never mentioned needing to pay anything extra. That same night, AT MIDNIGHT, we are waken up by a young receptionist knocking repeatedly on our door. We woke up very confused, disoriented and a little scared, since it´s very rare to be waken up in the middle of the night at a hotel. A young receptionist informed us that we needed...

'Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone.'

'初めての無人ホテルでしたが、タッチパネルの反応が遅く、且つ部屋のテンキーも示されなかったので要改善かと思います。
部屋は値段の割に広くて清潔、清掃サービスもありましたので設備面では不自由なく過ごせました。目の前が西本願寺ですので立地も良かったと思います。'
