'Stay was good'

'The house was beautiful and clean. We didn’t realize that this house is a lakefront property. That was a bonus. Probably the only negative would be the beds. Unfortunately the mattresses on all of the beds would almost like a bit of foam on plywood. Not good at all. But honestly that was the only negative.'

'Family of 5 plus small dog—had a great stay, comfy, nearby restaurants completed our trip. Sat outside in the evening and loved our time in the quiet neighborhood. Played games in the basement family room and loved every second together. Would stay again if we are in the area.'

'David and Erika were excellent hosts in every way. Erika greeted us when we arrived and Dave was concerned and offered his assistance in multiple ways, far exceeding expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was filled with snacks, the fridge stocked and all other essentials were more than ample. This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years.'

'The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!'

'Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great.'

'My family came home for Christmas and we stayed here to have room for the 8 of us. The check-in process was easy and the host was quick to respond to our needs, including supplying us with extra items (dishes & towels). We also appreciated other things provided that we would need (paper towels, tissues, utensils, soap, pots, dishes, silverware, etc) Upon entering the home, it looked very homey, nicely decorated and we loved the fireplace! We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. 'Poor communication, changed our location twice once on within the hour of checking in, causing us to check in later than planned. House was not clean, and in addition to that, the previous tenants left food and trash. There were broken and damaged items that made it unacceptable for young children, only six bath towels provided & 4 wash cloths even though we booked for 7 people. 'The 4 of us had a fantastic stay, the beds were so comfy, the location was great with everything you need close by, and parking was easy especially since the driveway was recently paved. We were lucky to find the home available and were super happy with our stay. Communication was also really great! Would recommend!!'
