'Beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish the bathroom sink was not stained, and the bottom of the bathtub did not feel like slim film. Check-in was immediate and flawless. I had a mistaken charge to my room which was corrected within 6 hours of reporting. Great experience.'

'This property has a great location if you need to be in the west end of Richmond. I chose it based on that and the price. It was just bought by a new ownership and boy this property needs a lot of work. You notice things like damage to the wood in the elevator, hallways, entry doors. Missing wallpaper everywhere. An empty “pantry” area at check-in where you normally find snacks and drink. A lot of potential but it will take a while to get there.'

'This is the best hotel. The staff was incredible, our room and the entire facility was spotless, and the cafe and snack bar were a life-saver for us. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We were there for 16 days while our home was being worked on and this hotel was so accommodating with all our needs. Thank you for your commitment to excellence while still being affordable!!!'
