'The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gas grill. The kitchen functioned well for a large group. It was all good and we plan to come back again.'

'My youngest was 2 when we were last there, My other kids(14 and 18) would tell him how much fun they had. We went to the Dells to give him his own memories. Perfect place because they had a little of everything for all 3 kids. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Very spacious for a family of 5. Honestly, you won't be able to cover it all in 1 trip. Can't wait until the next one!'

Only complaint, there was broken glass all over the first floor when we arrived. I am thankful no one got hurt by stepping on - but the cleaning crew did not do a good job.'

'The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! 'Everythring was fine. Only Negatives would be that the right side glass of the fireplace fell out into my hand when I 1st opened it to start a fire. Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip.'

'We were moved twice over our 9 day trip and downgraded to the smallest unit on our last 2 days.....telephone rings in suite everyday with "Concierge" trying to sell time share property. If that's your thing you'll have a blast.'

'We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids...

'Was the worst place I have ever rented walked in looked around, things were broken like doors and not that clean, just not nice at all. Left and went to another hotel and stayed there. Had to give one star to be able to put up this review.'
