'Clean property! Beautiful views! Minimal supplies, there was shampoo, conditioner and body soap, a starter roll of TP and a roll of paper towels. Plan to bring coffee, dish soap, a-tips, makeup wash cloth, laundry supplies. beach/pool towels, and extra other supplies, etc. Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as well as getting in and out of the property. We ate breakfast one day nearby at Good Times restaurant which was delicious! We enjoyed our time!'

'Great location, safe neighborhood, and walkable distance from midtown. Short ride to downtown. Great value for a spacious one bedroom apartment. The apartments are listed as pet friendly. My only complaint was a dog from another apartment that barked most of the afternoon and early evening on the first day that I arrived. I only heard the dog a a couple other times (and briefly) the rest of my stay. '

The app to get into the apartment was a little confusing when I first got it and we had a little back and forth to get it straightened out. It was operator error (lol). Once I figured out how to use it we were good. The place was sparce but we didn't need much. Was pretty clean and the furniture is decent. 'The stay was in such a good location, we were able to walk to a few different spots saving money on ubers since we didn’t get a rental. The unit was really nice with such a good view being on the 8th floor seeing the whole city. There was a pool that we checked out one day and met a few locals who told us some cool spots to check out. I would definitely love to stay here again when we visit in the future! '
