We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available.'

'The room was clean and cozy, and the hotel conveniently located. I primarily used buses to get around while staying there. The location may feel sketchy to some but I felt safe–it's downtown of a major city. It's sort of a hostel setup–private rooms but you share bathrooms, considering these factors it felt a bit pricey. But I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.'

'A large group of my colleagues and I stayed here during an academic conference, and had a great experience. The location in Duboce Triangle is great as it is right next to the BART, which gave us the ability to easily travel to the conference and surrounding neighborhoods. The house was clean and comfortable, with lovely living and dining room spaces for people to gather. Would highly recommend for large groups.'

"Uitstekend hotel. Locatie is zeer centraal. Met als traktatie de kabeltram voor de deur. Kamer was klein maar functioneel en ook schoon. Leuke bekomstigheid in de lobby was gratis thee, koffie, water, koekjes, appels en ‘s avonds zelfs popcorn. Zelf 1 dag de auto geparkeerd. Dit ging via het hotel en was op loopafstand (valet-parking). Hotel is zeker een aanrader. "
