Wat een adembenemend uitzicht: een prachtig dal, bossen, heuvels, Umbrische dorpjes. Een rustige omgeving. Prettig contact met de eigenaar. Veel ruimte. Wat een ervaring!'

'We had a great stay here with 6 adults and 4 children. Lots of space in the 3 stories of the historic home. We were all very comfortable. Great pool area and we used the bicycles as well. The hosts were very helpful in arranging childcare and tours for us and a chef who came to the house to cook dinner 2 of the nights. Thanks'

'Un appartamento molto curato nel mastio del castello di Sermugnano. Due ampie stanze un bel bagno nella parte alta di quello che era la torre centrale del castello. Un piccolo borgo rurale nelle colline orvietane, moooolto suggestivo. Accoglienza perfetta, appartamento dotato di tutto per viverci. Un luogo al centro di itinerari tra Orvieto e Civita, perfetto per passare qualche giorno visitando paesi incantati. Da provare. rapporto prezzo qualità onestissimo. 'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

'The house and the garden with swimming pool are complete for a good holiday. The view is fantastic, especially when the sun goes down. Located very centrally for trips in Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. Contact with the owner is good.'
