'Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!'

'Perfect for us, just travelled thru on our way home and it’s a great stop over for us and our dogs. Unit was good, easy access to lawn for the dogs. Street parking right out front worked out well also. '

'The property was very clean. The door is a little tricky but we worked on it until we were sure we understood it and then it worked perfectly. This is much better than a flaky lock that works inconsistently. We enjoyed visiting the Poe Museum during our stay.'

'Due to an availability problem, the owner changed us to another unit they managed not far away that was larger. Can't say anything about this unit. Communication was clear and responsive.'
