Well they royally screwed up the booking and the hotel has us down for only a standard queen room. 'Other than getting lost (my fault) this was an amazing trip. Property was gorgeous, clean and well prepared for our arrival. Becky and Ebony were awesome with communication and helpfulness. 'We had a great time at the property for our hospital retreat. Our staff was able to relax and have lots of different areas to hang/chill - hottubs, game room, lobby, back patio, etc. Everyone having separate rooms more like a hotel was also great! Would go back.'

And people didn’t follow the rules and take their ski boots off outside so could hear people stomping up and down stairs of their room early in the AM—and our room was a top floor room. 'Location is almost a ski in ski out with a short walk to a ski run then ski down to a ski lift. Shuttle service is very convenient to get around mountain village and for pick up at the end of a ski day. It’s kind of too difficult to actually ski back to the lodge so a pick up at the market or the village is easier. Loved the pool and hot tub outside after a long ski day.
