'This was a great idea to rent a house for our basketball team and coaches to stay together. It was perfect , house was clean lots of room and had everything we needed . The boys loved the pool and hot tub after a long day playing game after game. Difficulty would rent again when we come back.'

'This is a great house and very convenient to reach all of the Phoenix area. The weather was a little chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside area, but there is a great pool and back yard. The house is well stocked and is very clean. It’s a big house and we ended up barely using any of it but it was well worth the rental. The only thing this house lacks at all is a little better lighting under counters and in the master bathroom. I highly recommend the rental.'

'The house is great for multigenerational family vacations. Beyond the bedrooms, the two sitting areas and two tables let people spread out. Rob was very helpful and went beyond the typical rental manager.'

'We loved the neighborhood: close to main roads to get around the city and the area. Not to mention the bike/walking path at the end of the road. The host was very prompt in responding with questions. The property was not as clean as I would’ve liked. No heater in pool, so we could not use.'

'My husband and son stayed here for a music concert. They stated is was nice. Very convenient to be able to walk around the block to get to the store. Only 2 things, the floor needed to be mopped. And after the first night a sand storm came through and they were unable to use the pool. Since is was all guys they didn’t really mind but I specifically looked for a space with a pool so they would have the option to swim. Very nice complementary liquor cart. Over was a good stay.'

'Stayed in three different properties on a long trip. Cibola Vista was the best and most economical. Would have preferred a first floor room. The second floor where I stayed had no elevator, so we had to carry a cooler, and several suitcases up a long flight of stairs. Not appreciated after recent back surgery. Attended a two hour presentation about other resorts. Was promised a free three day vacation. Details are fuzzy and don't know how to set that up. I will pursue it. Nice place!'
