Despite the exceptional service provided by the staff, our stay at the hotel was marred by a number of factors that severely impacted our ability to get a good night's sleep. The two bars located right next to the hotel played loud music until the wee hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, construction work on the building adjacent to the Boho Chic hotel began early in the morning, around 8am, adding to the noise pollution. To make matters worse, the hotel room was not soundproof, and we were unable to escape the constant cacophony from the bars and construction site.
In addition, we were disappointed with the breakfast buffet offered by the hotel, which did not live up to our expectations based on the information provided on their website. Rather than a wide selection of options, we were only able to choose between a slice of toast, a bun, or a sugar-coated cross bun, along with some fruit. This was far less than what we were led to expect.
Despite these issues, the one redeeming feature of our stay at the hotel was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and professionalism went a long way in making our stay as pleasant as possible, despite the noise and other inconveniences.
