'Stay was great! Conveniently located near expressway, many restaurants within walking distance, perfectly suited for our overnight stay after show at the Fisher. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. Would stay again if in the area in the future. '

'They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously '

'My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.'

'Amazed by the entire stay. From the check in to the managment and accommodations. The loft was clean, quiet and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple retreat, small family, or even a photoshoot! I stayed the night and had a small dinner party. If there was any issue or question no one hessitated to help out.'

'Three of us stayed for the weekend, and were pleased with this apartment. It is just as the photos show. We walked several places, anthers was lots to see in the area. We parked in the attached structure, which was convenient, safe, not outrageously priced. The host answered our questions quickly and was helpful.'

'The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old.
