Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. 'Just completed a four night stay with my husband and adult daughter as we made our first trip to Texas to view the solar eclipse. This property was absolutely ideal for a family stay! We had everything we needed and then some! Separate bedrooms and baths provided privacy and comfort and the living/kitchen/dining rooms gave us plenty of great space to come together. 'Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Kitchen cabinet doors were dirty, household trashcans dirty, under beds dirty, oven and broiler need cleaning. Things travelers need such as luggage stands, towels racks for the bathroom, extra toilet paper and paper towels should be standard items. The place met our needs although, they did not let us know it was not handicap friendly. Should have handicap bars in bathrooms and tubs should have non slip surfaces.
