'The home was tucked away in the side of the mountain and across from a beautiful trial. Semi close to town, the trolly was a life saver for the walk back to the home, as it is an uphill walk back. A few house rules that seemed a little over the top ( no shoes on the hardwood, no eating in any bedrooms, no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property-I'm not a smoker but my spouse enjoys a cigar in the evenings) all in all it was a much needed relaxing stay during our RV trip.'

'The location and cleanliness were excellent. However the downstairs door to the deck would not lock. Property manager was aware of this BEFORE we checked in and said they couldn't get parts to repair door lock. We were not made aware of this until we tried to lock the door.'

'The property is a clean, updated, and no frills kind of place. It is perfect for a stay with your dog and kids. If you are expecting things like tissue, shampoo, a hair dryer, or dish towels, they won’t be there. But the home is bigger than it looks, the beds are comfortable, and the yard is fenced. Again, perfect for a family stay.'

'Overall, this house was well stocked with towels and the hot tub was great. We were thinking this would be a little more remote than it was, given a neighbor is right across the creek. The back of the house was a peaceful hillside though. We didn't realize there also wasn’t a dishwasher. While washing our own dishes was fine, the ones already put away weren’t all clean.'

'We did a short trip to Mount Rushmore and our stay here was just if not more rewarding than the monument itself. Stay here over a hotel!!'
