'We had a great weekend in MSP at this location. Hunter was a great host. Very easy, convenient location to shopping and downtown access. Quiet neighborhood, didn't even realize there was a dog next door except we saw his cute face in the window as we came and went. Would definitely stay here again!'

'We had a very good experience with this rental. Parking was easy. Great well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook and we do a lot of cooking. Neighborhood offers a lot of shopping, restaurants and other things to see. Everything is easily walkable with the skyway entrance just 2 1/2 blocks away. Communication with the hosts was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended this space for a longer stay.'

'I rented this for a month in February. David was helpful and responsive as a host. He lives on the main level below this upstairs apartment. I found the furnishings to be cozy and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. I loved that there were live plants in the unit. Access was simple with a digital code. There is a laundry room in the basement of the house. I was pleased with my stay but felt there were just a few issues to note. I felt this unit was vacant for a while due to bugs, debris,...

There also was an issue on day 1 accessing the parking garage, but management eventually fixed it. Loved the interior design and use of space.'

'I requested a place with a balcony, but this apartment didn't. I do love the decor and furniture choices! Super cute place, but the curtain was broken and many scuffs on the walls from past guests. I liked the whole key fob entrance including parking! I would definitely stay here again. '

Kitchen was clean and was provided 2 bottled flavored waters and some chips upon arrival. TV and internet worked. Parking was easy to get in and out. The garden area was nice where the grills were.
