'Overall as advertised. Convenient location just off cebu road. There is an onsite caretaker who is extremely professional and friendly and who speaks excellent english, which is a big value for anyone without great cebuano. Highly recommend!'

'The place was so neat and so comfortable to stay. Our stay was so much satisfied because of the place that was so spacious. It also had a complete appliances and hygiene items. All in all its a five star for me. Will definitely choose the same transient hotel once we come back again to Cebu.'

'The condo was clean, and of great value suited for a big group or for a family. However, I wish there were bathroom curtains in each bathroom Whenever we took showers, everything got wet including the toilet and the toilet paper if we didnt remember to take it out. Other than that, it was a good stay and a great value! '

'Gated appt very helpful and caring owner. Mr.Ting met me for a very late check in and even brought us breakfast the first day. This was an appt so it’s not like a hotel but the room was very spacious and was clean. would use again. '

'Living area we found hot and uncomfortable. Bedrooms lacked bedside tables, nowhere to put our things. If not for Lon, we would have been lost. Could not locate information booklet that should contain local info etc. Other wise our stay was ok.'

'This place is in an area that is very tucked away. It suited us because of our family being close but for other people it is away from many things in Cebu. The room looks nice but a lot of the fitting are poor quality. The TV was there but did not work. The pillows, towels and bed linen are very limited. The worst thing is that our payment did not get through to the owner. Expedia uses Vrbo for the booking and they held on to the money and had not paid the owner by the time we checked out. The...

"I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a restful stay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel you can’t go wrong with it!"

"I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)"
