'Beautiful central location with almost limitless options and amenities! We were so pleased and hope to be back!'

'The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

'Overall our stay was fine with a few issues. 1. Location is not the best, would look for other options closer to French Qtr. 2. Thin walls, could hear neighboring rooms. 3. Visible code compliance issues. Door to room did not have smoke gaskets, windows were inoperable could not have been used for emergency egress. 4. No thermostat in room, no control of room temperature. Will not return.'

'We were very pleased with our stay overall. Our loft was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything. I think it would be important to note in the listing that the washer/dryer amenity listed is actually not available in the unit (I heard there was a laundry on site somewhere though), there is a $35 nightly fee for valet which is virtually impossible to do without, and guests will be approached with a timeshare condo sales pitch.
