'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Plan to come back for sure we went with kids We lucked out / everyone staying at the time we did was really great company Lower your expectations a smidgeon based on photos We freakin loved it for the price location and we’ll all of it Suggest giving it a shot and making the best of it But we are a pretty lax roll with whatever family so there’s that too '
