'Great property for large groups. Commerical kitchen, bar and arcade room are nice added bonuses. The rooms are spacious. 9min drive max to Sunday River was perfect for the early am rush to the mountains. Our group is already talking about heading back next year!'

'Our group had a lot of fun at the MLR. The host team is responsive and accommodating. The house clearly gets a lot of use and there's some expected wear (ex: 2 of the door handles on porch doors fell off at first use (a crafty member of our group fixed these) and the oven door doesn't fully close (we were notified of this at check in). But, for what we needed it for it checked every box!'

'This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.'
