'De eerste kamer was niet schoongemaakt. Bed was wel opgemaakt maar er waren vlekken in de lakens. Er lagen haren in het bed alsmede lag er nog ondergoed in het bed. De vloer was vettig. Na de klacht kregen we een andere kamer. Ik twijfel eraan of de lakens van dat verschoon waren.Vloer was wederom vettig.'

'This is a decent property but not worth the $240 a night we paid. The property is a need or painting and trim repairs and the breakfast, while hot, is pretty basic but not bad. The coffee is decent. It's a budget hotel at best...not what I used to expect from a Hampton Inn or at $240 per night price point.'

'The ambiance of the Bird's Nest was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed watching the birds at the bird feeder throughout the day. Everyone was having a good time.Perfect for our little dogs to have access to an enclosed yard. The host went all out to think of every need.'

'Breakfast was wonderful as were Sabrina, Chastity and Janette. Issues: First Room 231: The lines were blown out Thursday and hot water was running from shower & sink. I cleaned both. Bathroom floor wet - I dried. Also the AC would not work right. Moved to Room 334: Toilet wanted to overflow every 2 flushes. The sink spewed water as there was no aerator. The water in the shower would not cut off. We reported the problems and told they would be and were fixed Friday. Not done. Reported again...

'Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund.'
