'Great hotel in every way'

'The rooms we booked were disgusting. They were moist, mold on the walls, and the bathroom was visibly dirty- hair all over the floor and dirt built up all over the floor as well. I know they’re renovating, but the cleanliness was sub-par. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good, lots of options for all appetites. '

'The staff were kind and courteous but the hotel reeked of stale smoke, the room was dirty and old. The humidity was awful in there too. On the app it shows to be a clean nice place but either we were put in a room that had never been cleaned or renovated or it’s just not nearly worthy of what Expedia says it is.
