'The home was lovely and the perfect accommodations for 3 senior citizen couples. Each had more than adequate sleeping quarters without being on top of each other. We so enjoyed setting out by the water in the morning, sipping coffee and watching the ducks. It was a wonderful stay.'

'House was beautiful. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone was so friendly especially the owner. He was quick to reply anytime I had a question and was always professional. The house had everything we needed including towels, toiletries, detergent, and some pans/silverware. It was very clean and well kept. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Unless you want to take a break in the small loft upstairs, you won’t need to go up there (mentioning this in case anyone has disabilities)....

'James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out'

Before our arrival, Denise, the host was responsive to all my questions within an hour. There was plenty of room for for the 9 of us to spread out and the common areas were wonderful for us all to be together. We are saving this property and will definitely stay there again. 'Property is conveniently located and easy to find. Beds where comfortable and furnishings (including kitchen & linens) where more than adequate. Fenced in yard was great for the pets. Just watch the little ones, as they can squeeze through the wrought iron fence in spots. My only suggestion to owners is to update/repair some of the plumbing fixtures. Would definitely stay here again.'

We had to reach host with code for unlocking and locking procedures but other than that this stay was perfect. We had room for every guest. We could have used more towels knowing the property can accommodate a lot of people. Easiest checkout instructions (and I have stayed in several rentals). Strongly recommend for big parties.'
